Abstract: Chronic respiratory diseases are common diseases that endanger people’s health. Practice has proved that Tai Chi has the unique effect on the rehabilitation of such diseases. This paper presents the effect of aerobic exercise on respiratory disease relief on in the smog environment. In this paper, the improvement of respiratory function by the special breathing method of aerobic exercise is discussed. It is concluded that the breathing method of aerobic exercise is beneficial to improve lung ventilation and reduce the high-pressure state of the pulmonary artery, which is a key factor in the health rehabilitation of chronic respiratory diseases.
